I love it when families bring their pets along for family sessions – or senior sessions for that matter. Pets are oftentimes a big part of a family and it is nice to have a few pictures with them. The only time I would discourage this is if you knew that your pet may be unusually disruptive and difficult. In that case, you may want to leave him or her at home where they are most comfortable. I love photographing this family each year….Next year I will post some of them from each of the last several years…so fun to watch families and kids grow.
